BUSINESS MODEL
Power Team Electrics operates on a commission-based partnership model with independent electricians. We connect vetted, skilled tradespeople with customers, handle the marketing, customer service, and payment process, and take a small commission on each completed job.
We are not employers or managers — we are partners. Our role is to bring a steady flow of quality work, simplify the admin, and empower electricians to focus on what they do best: completing great electrical work.
HOW WE MAKE MONEY:

Commission on each job – Power Team Electrics prices jobs for labour and includes a material budget with markup. Once the customer pays, we take our commission and the electrician receives the remainder. This ensures fairness, clarity, and alignment between both parties.

Markup on materials – Our pricing includes reasonable markups on materials to cover sourcing, admin, and warranty obligations. If extra materials or labour are required due to unforeseen circumstances, we simply update the price transparently with the customer’s approval.

Content creation income – We operate a 50/50 profit split on social media content. Electricians can feature in branded videos that build exposure and generate revenue through sponsorships and online reach.

Industry partnerships – With introductions already offered by contacts in the property sector and lettings management, Power Team Electrics is positioned to form lucrative B2B relationships for recurring maintenance and installation work.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS:

Our AI-powered quote system gives them instant pricing for electrical work.

OUR MARKETING STRATEGY

We put our livery on the vans of our partner electricians. Our blue and yellow colours are designed to be eye catching, so the vans will act as mobile billboards. Once we have wrapped the van in our branding, it will function as essentially free marketing

We run a content creation scheme, in which the electricians can record their work for us to post on social media. We will monetize this content through partnerships with brands and via the TikTok content creators fund, as well as our Youtube channel

By making our Youtube channel educational, we are able to portray an image of being experts in what we do, increasing customer trust in Power Team

In the beginning I expect we will need additional campaigns via google, social media, circulars, however I fully believe we can make the business almost entirely self promoting by scaling to have enough branded vans and enough social media following.
